What to Expect When Visting:
Weavertown gladly welcomes visitors! Sunday morning services start at 9:00 a.m. and the sermon portion starts at 10:00 a.m. (you should arrive about 9:50). Although members usually sit segregated, visitors are free to sit however is most comfortable (our ushers will be glad to seat you appropriately). Usually, after members are reseated following Sunday school, there is a cappella congregational singing and/or a short “topic” (devotional) by a lay brother. After this, there are announcements and then about a 45 minute sermon. Our members will be glad to visit with you after the service and are happy to answer any questions you may have about our church. Many visitors have questions about appropriate dress: we have no dress code for visitors, but modest clothing is appreciated.
